Las Vegas, October 20, 2026:
CAE has announced at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) that four additional full-flight simulators (FFSs) are now available in the Americas region, strengthening its global business aviation training network and expanding customer access to training on some of the most in-demand business aviation platforms and adding capacity where operators need it most.
The four additional simulators provide training for the:
- Bombardier Global 6500
- Embraer Praetor 600
- Pilatus PC-24
- Cessna Citation CJ4
The additions are part of CAE’s broader focus on aligning its global training network with customer and fleet demand, providing the right training, on the right aircraft.
“As business aviation demand grows, CAE is strengthening its global training network to meet operators’ evolving needs,” said Alexandre Prévost, President, Civil Aviation at CAE. “These simulator deployments expand access to high-quality training on the aircraft our customers fly, where they need it, while delivering the quality and experience they expect from CAE. It’s about helping crews stay ready, perform at their best and fly safely.”
CAE has nearly doubled its business aviation training capacity compared with a decade ago. Today, its global business aviation training network includes more than 130 full-flight simulators and approximately 1,000 instructors worldwide, delivering more than 300,000 hours of training annually. CAE’s network spans pilot and maintenance training across different aircraft categories and leading OEM platforms, helping operators meet evolving training needs while supporting safety and operational readiness.
The need for business aviation training is expected to remain strong. CAE’s Aviation Talent Forecast projects a need for 102,000 new business aviation professionals worldwide by 2034, including 33,000 pilots and 69,000 maintenance technicians.
