AeroPaarth Aircraft Sales & Charters: From the Ground Up

How a self-funded Indian Aviation startup is preparing for its biggest takeoff !

In Indian aviation, success is often measured by fleet size, capital backing, or regulatory licenses. But every once in a while, a company emerges whose real strength lies elsewhere; In experience; In timing; In decisions made under pressure, not presentations. AeroPaarth Aircraft Sales & Charters Pvt. Ltd. is one such company.

Founded in August 2022, AeroPaarth did not enter the market with deep pockets or institutional funding. It entered with something far rarer in aviation: lived operational experience across helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, charter clients, regulators, and ground realities. In just a short span, the company has built a reputation for reliability, innovation, and profitability, while quietly preparing for a much larger leap ahead.

WHERE THE STORY REALLY BEGAN

The formal incorporation of AeroPaarth came in August 2022, but its story began months earlier, during the Char Dham Yatra season. In April 2022, founders Pooja Mani Suri and Karan Suri were deeply involved in helicopter operations in Uttarakhand, working with leased aircraft from established operators.
Those months were intense due to factors such as weather disruptions, operational bottlenecks, regulatory coordination, passenger pressure and the unforgiving margins of helicopter flying all converged in real time. It was aviation at its most demanding and it was during this period that a realization took shape. With the right mix of experience, discipline, and customer focus, there was room to build something better.

Not bigger. Better!

TWO FOUNDERS, TWO WORLDS, ONE VISION

AeroPaarth’s leadership reflects a rare balance.

Pooja Mani Suri, with over 17 years in Aviation represents the industry from the inside out. Her career began at ground level and evolved into flying on private jets as a flight attendant. Over time, she moved into leadership roles, working with multiple aviation companies as a partner and director across helicopter and fixed-wing charter operations. Her strength lies in understanding how aviation actually works when theory meets weather, passengers, and regulation.

Karan Suri comes from a 15+ year corporate background, deeply rooted in operations, sales, and global client management. Having worked extensively with international clients, particularly in the US market, his approach is process-driven, structured, and scalable. Where Pooja brings instinct and operational depth, Karan brings systems, controls, and long-term commercial planning. Together, they formed AeroPaarth not as a lifestyle charter business, but as a platform designed to grow.

A NAME THAT REFLECTS THE MISSION

The name AeroPaarth is not branding trivia. It is philosophy!

“Aero” reflects Aerodynamics and Aviation, “Paarth” means path. Together, it signifies ‘the path through the air’. Even structurally, the name starts with A for Aeroplanes and ends with H for Helicopters, representing the company’s dual focus on fixed-wing and rotary-wing operations.
From day one, AeroPaarth positioned itself as an aviation solutions company, not just a charter broker.

PROFITABLE FROM DAY ONE

One of the most striking aspects of AeroPaarth’s journey is that its helicopter pilgrimage operations were profitable from inception. Starting with Char Dham helicopter services, the company focused on tight cost control, precise planning, and hands-on execution. This was not growth funded by burn. It was growth funded by discipline.

Passenger trust followed quickly. As reflected in company data, AeroPaarth has seen steady year-on-year growth in passengers served, rising from 141 passengers in 2022 to 776 passengers by 2025, a clear indicator of market confidence and repeat demand.

INNOVATION BEYOND TRADITIONAL CHARTERING

AeroPaarth’s real differentiation emerged through its willingness to reimagine how aviation services could be used in India. The company introduced and popularized concepts such as:
*Pre-wedding shoots by helicopter
*Bride and groom entry or bidai by helicopter
*Helicopter services for film and television production
*Political and election flying
*Flower dropping, aerial survey, cloud seeding, and joy rides

Notably, AeroPaarth became one of the first companies to actively collaborate with UDAN scheme operators to promote tourism in Uttarakhand. Through the “Explore Uttarakhand” initiative, the company designed pocket-friendly helicopter packages, making aerial travel accessible to everyday Indians, not just VIPs or corporates.

This approach has quietly helped shift public perception of helicopters from luxury symbols to practical tools.

RECOGNITION EARNED UNDER PRESSURE

During the COVID period, AeroPaarth expanded into air ambulance services, operating in a time when aviation demand was fragile but medical urgency was absolute. This work led to national recognition, with Silicon India naming AeroPaarth among the Top 10 Startups in Medical Emergency Services, placing the company on the industry map far earlier than its age would suggest.

A BROAD, CREDIBLE AVIATION PORTFOLIO

Today, AeroPaarth operates across a wide spectrum of aviation services, including:
Private jet and luxury charters
Pilgrimage and religious travel
Business and corporate charters
Helicopter weddings and events
Film, political, and special mission flying
Air ambulance and emergency services

The company’s access spans single and twin-engine helicopters, turboprops, light jets, mid-size jets, and heavy jets, with operational reach across major Indian cities and international destinations including Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

THE NEXT CHAPTER: BECOMING AN OPERATOR

Having established credibility as a charter and aviation services company, AeroPaarth is now preparing for its most ambitious phase yet.

The company aims to become a full-fledged NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) holder, allowing it to operate and manage its own aircraft directly. This transition will enable tighter control over safety, service quality, fleet planning, and long-term economics.

To support this transformation, AeroPaarth is actively exploring strategic investment partnerships. The objective is not aggressive expansion, but sustainable scale. Capital that aligns with operational discipline. Investors who understand aviation cycles, not just valuation curves.

A VISION BUILT TO LAST

AeroPaarth’s stated vision is to become one of the most preferred aircraft solution providers in India and overseas, while building long-term client relationships rooted in trust, reliability, and service excellence.

In an industry where many startups chase visibility before viability, AeroPaarth has chosen the opposite path. It built quietly. It learned under pressure. It stayed profitable. And now, with experience as its foundation, it is ready for its long jump.

The story of AeroPaarth is not about speed. It is about trajectory!

And for those watching Indian aviation closely, this is a company whose most important flights are still ahead.
