Fursan Al Emarat, UAE’s National Aerobatics team, to fly at Farnborough International Airshow

London, 8th July 2026:

Fursan Al Emarat, the United Arab Emirates National Aerobatics Team, will arrive in Farnborough, Hampshire, on Saturday 11 July 2026 ahead of validating its flying display for the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, taking place 20-24 July 2026.

Established in 2008 by bringing together elite pilots from the UAE Air Force and Air Defence, Fursan Al Emarat made its public display debut in 2011. The team is known for routines performed by seven aircraft, symbolising the UAE’s seven emirates, and for smoke trails inspired by the colours of the UAE flag. Its black and gold aircraft scheme reflects the country’s heritage.

Fursan Al Emarat joins the second wave of aircraft and display teams confirmed for the Farnborough International Airshow flying programme. Newly announced flying displays include:

  • JAC – Army Air Corps Team – Apache & Wildcat helicopters
  • JAC – Chinook Role Demo
  • British Army Parachute Display Team – The Red Devils

The latest aircraft announced for the static display further broaden the show’s representation across commercial, military, rotary-wing, uncrewed and future-combat capability. New static display additions include:

  • Textron – Cessna SkyCourier
  • Bell Helicopters – 505, 407, and MV-75
  • Turkish Aerospace – HÜRJET mock-up

Taking place from 20–24 July 2026, Farnborough International Airshow will convene global aerospace, defence and space leaders for five days of aircraft displays, exhibition activity, technology showcases and industry announcements. The flying and static displays remain among the most anticipated features of the show, giving visitors and trade audiences the opportunity to see current and future aviation capability in action.

Farnborough International Airshow 2026 will welcome industry, government, media, exhibitors and visitors from around the world, with the final day, Friday 24 July, dedicated to Pioneers of Tomorrow, a public STEM and careers programme designed to inspire the next generation of aerospace innovators.

More aircraft will be announced during the lead-up to the show.
