Gissan signs MOU with Clearvision during WDS Riyadh 2024

Riyadh,Feb 2024:

At the recently held World Defense Show held in Riyadh, Gissan Company signed a memorandum of understanding with ClearVision digital solutions and consulting company, aiming to enhance the development of new technologies for research and development.

‏In the areas of their mutual interests, the scope of the MoU includes, the enhancement of monitoring and governance technologies of both IT infrastructure and applications, in addition to providing data and studies to identify and allocate digital advancements to keep pace with the national vision for this path.

The parties agreed on collaborating in exchanging know-how, experiences and scientific advice in the targeted fields,
Gissan Company offers a wide range of solutions in the defense and security field through its network of local and global strategic partners and focus on the goals of KSA Vision 2030 to develop local content and solutions through localization program. Clear Vision is one of the leading national companies in developing solutions, it provides leading services through international digital partnerships and its deep understanding of local needs to customize and develop national content at the highest international level.

‏Gissan company is represented in the MoU by CEO, Dr. Fahd AlDamer, while the memorandum was signed by Sulafa Anwar Jabarti, CEO of Clear Vision.

He is also facing most tumultuous timing due to the ongoing financial stress in the Aviation sector due to ATF rising cost and long airspace restrictions resulting in mounting losses for Indian carriers. Despite of all the ground level challenges,the minister is addressing new things on regular basis which keeps the sector motivated. We have featured many such developmental works in this edition done under his guidance which will be interesting to read.

Our lead story on “ The West War” is another important feature which covers the ground level reality of the challenges faced by the Aviation sector. Its though time ahead and we believe it will pass soon .
