Mondial Airlines Services GmbH became Coyne Airways’ GSA in Germany on 17 April 2025, and now represents a unique cargo business that has been firmly established and built over a period of more than thirty years. Moscow offers tourist cards for Indian for cash less transactions

Moscow, May 19th 2025: Starting from now, Indian travellers to Moscow can obtain the Tourist Card at the new travel and banking office of Sber, the largest Russian bank, located in the city center, not far from the Red Square — on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street. The new travel and banking office of Sber combines the capabilities of Sber’s banking office and a Tourist Information Center, which is multifunctional space for guests of the capital where tourists can get essential information for their visit to Moscow. Right here travelers can pick up the plastic Tourist card, make necessary payments, currency exchanges and transfers. Consultations are possible in several languages — the Tourist Information Center specialists speak Russian, English and Arabic, while the Sber bank employees speak Russian and English. At new space tourists can also create an individual travel plan based on their personal preferences and take free booklets with information about the city. The booklets are also provided in several languages — Russian, English, Chinese and Arabic. The travel and banking Sber office provides a lounge area where tourists can rest, try traditional Moscow treats, taste some selections from The Moscow Tea Shop. While adults are planning their itinerary, kids can play in the children’s zone that was created jointly with the animation studio “Soyuzmultfilm”, which gave the world legendary Soviet cartoons. The Tourist Card operates with Russian MIR payment system and it is a new payment solution that helps foreign visitors make cashless payments, as VISA and Mastercard do not work in Russia. The Tourist Card is compatible with local merchants, public transport, and attractions. With no monthly maintenance fees, it’s a cost-effective choice for tourists, allowing seamless payments for dining, transportation, and more. Travelers can register for a Yoomoney profile and obtain a virtual Tourist Card before leaving their home country. The process requires only a phone number — no Russian SIM card is needed—making it accessible for international visitors. It is also possible to order the card in advance and have it delivered by mail to their home country or a hotel, though a physical card isn’t always necessary, as most places in Moscow allow payments using QR codes through the YooMoney app. Android users can add the card to Yoomoney Pay in the mobile app and pay by tapping their phone via NFC. For iOS users, payments can be made by scanning QR codes through the app — a widely accepted method across the country. Once in Moscow, the card can be topped up with cash at ATMs that support Yoomoney, providing a straightforward way to add funds using local currency. This initiative comes at a time when Moscow has witnessed a substantial influx of foreign guests. For example, nearly 86,000 tourists visited Moscow from India in 2024, representing a 1.4-fold increase compared to 2023. This significant uptick in international arrivals underscores the city’s evolving status as a premier global travel destination.

Emirates unveils its highly anticipated bespoke A380 livery for Courier Express Service

Dubai,19th May 2025: Emirates has unveiled its highly anticipated bespoke A380 livery, dedicated to its new door-to-door delivery solution, Emirates Courier Express. The iconic passenger aircraft will take to the skies, reinforcing Emirates’ commitment to redefining the express delivery experience by merging its four-decade experience of moving people and goods worldwide. Managed in-house at Emirates Engineering, the Emirates Courier Express livery required the A380 to undergo a full repaint, as part of an expansive project encompassing design, production installation and painting of the livery to bring the customised aircraft to life. Inspired by brown paper packages, the aircraft’s nose and fuselage are wrapped in kraft paper, torn to reveal the UAE flag on the tailfin and the Emirates Courier Express logo emblazoned on each side. The logo also adorns each of the four engines, while the belly features the classic red Emirates branding. A large ‘special delivery’ stamp, coupled with instantly recognisable handling stamps decorate the body, bringing the design to life. The striking nose-to-tail livery highlights exactly what makes this door-to-door express delivery solution so innovative: the seamless integration between Emirates’ fleet of over 250 widebody aircraft and high-frequency global network, with Emirates SkyCargo’s world-class infrastructure and deep understanding of logistics. It also marks the first cargo inspired livery on an Emirates’ passenger aircraft. The Emirates Courier Express A380 took off to O.R. Industry calls for decarbonisation of the whole aviation ecosystem at Sustainable Skies World Summit 2025

Farnborough, 16th May 2025: Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is only one of the many solutions that can be put in place to support the aviation industry’s journey to Net Zero, but the decarbonisation of the entire ecosystem is the only way to move forward with impact, international industry professionals have agreed at the Sustainable Skies World Summit 2025. The summit, which took place 14-15 May 2025, featured over 90 speakers on the agenda, a 110% Y-O-Y increase, and welcomed over 1,300 attendees across the international industry to discuss strategic insights, practical solutions, and the high-level collaboration needed to shape a net-zero future. Across the two-day event, speakers discussed the ‘significant choices’ the industry must ensure they invest in the right solutions, but the continued lack of wider infrastructure and the geopolitical uncertainty are slowing down the process of decision making. Organised by Farnborough International, the event hosted a Jet Zero Council working group meeting, attended by the Minister for Industry, Sarah Jones MP, to discuss the efforts to deliver net zero and zero-emission aviation through UK production of zero-emission flights and SAF. New for 2025, the show developed a Careers Fair, designed to support students in preparing for their future careers and provide an opportunity for the aerospace industry to directly engage with students who are interested in a career within the sector. In addition, following industry feedback, interactive workshops were held to focus on tackling aviation’s most pressing challenges and exploring opportunities to shape a more sustainable future in a collaborative, hands-on format. One of the speakers,Cesar Pereira, Head of Sustainability for Commercial Aviation at Embraer, said, “There is no one silver bullet to solve the decarbonisation of the industry by 2050. We must advance on all fronts – from policies, regulations, and financing to technology and aircraft design. As an OEM, we need to be involved in those discussions, and being at a place like the Sustainable Skies World Summit is a great opportunity for us to discuss with other industry players and stakeholders. We can get a lot of results from being present here, talking to people, and knowing what’s going on in the market.” Discussing the success of the fourth instalment of the event, Gareth Rogers, CEO of Farnborough International, said, “At Farnborough International, we are proud to have convened the international aviation ecosystem yet again at the Sustainable Skies World Summit. We have seen a 46% increase in attendance this year, highlighting the growing demand for a show that focuses on the entire ecosystem, from the future workforce to international c-suite-level. Decisions and progress need to be made need to be made in decarbonising the sector.”
